A full-time creative & client-facing position based in CPT
Open to graduates, but also candidates with +/-2 years of agency experience
Excellent social media + project management skills
Experience in influencer content marketing + management (connected to talent and trend-aware)
Experience in editing & creating low-fi video content (TikTok videos + IG Reels) for clients
Well-versed in scheduling social media content + writing punchy captions for clients using Planoly or Meta Business Suite platforms
Ability to ideate concepts + creative solutions for client briefs (you should have either studied advertising/marketing or worked at an agency & be tapped-in to content trends across all social media platforms)
Excellent creative, written + communication skills
Ability to work on Canva + Google Suite + Planoly + Meta Business Suite fluently
Co-manage the production of content shoots where required
Co-manage the budget for client campaigns, you should be fluent in excel formulas
A positive, supportive and collaborative mindset
The Role
The account manager is responsible for managing the various campaigns and projects attributed to their client. You will focus on the accurate and timely delivery of creative work, ensuring success for both client and agency.
Responsibilities
Ideate concepts and creative solutions to client briefs including influencer campaigns, event ideas, press drops, social media campaigns and all-round innovative thinking
Work on client presentations/pitches and the response to brief by delivering a creative, multimedia pitch in google slides or canva
Manage social media accounts for brands Mood represents, including daily posting, live event coverage and forward planning such as mapping out the content strategy on Planoly with images, videos and caption copy.
Create content for brands Mood represents, including capturing footage and editing still images, Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
Create content and post for Moodβs Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and website platforms.
Brief influencers for client campaigns β create the brief in canva and google slides, find content references and build a set of deliverables. Manage the roll-out of influencer deliverables and ensure posting deadlines are met.
Assist with styling and project management on content productions days, on location and in-studio.
Build and maintain good client relationships, always exuding a professional and can-do attitude
Regularly research trends, content, influencers and below-the-line marketing activities that will resonate with our clients
Stay abreast of competitor creative work and be tapped-in to industry knowledge, content creators, celebrity talent and social media trends
Brief suppliers, including photographers, content creators and videographers, in a simple, concise, yet inspiring manner, ensuring, at all times, that they are fully aware of the clientβs requirements and have solid references
Critique creative work and provide feedback for improvement before sending work to the client or senior team member. You must be 100% happy before you submit any work. You should be able to judge and sell creative work with ease.
Ensure that the creative output matches the clientβs brief, as well being compliant with all the necessary legal and regulatory requirements (especially for alcohol brands)
Ensure supplier contracts are updated with clear deliverables, dates and fees, before signing and beginning work on a campaign
Help manage the production of content shoots where required; assembling a crew, securing catering and a location, putting together a shot list and production timeline to ensure the deliverables are fulfilled
Assist in managing the budget for client campaigns, tracking all expenses and costs incurred to the business to ensure commercial success for the agency
Keep exceptional organisational and time management skills to effectively manage workrequirements
