Zoho Corporation is an Indian multinational technology company that makes computer software and web-based business tools. It is best known for the online office suite offering Zoho Office Suite. For its recent South African marketing drive, the cloud-based software company tasked Mood to create awarenes, educate and drive lead generation within the independant business category. Mood conceptualized an influencer marketing campaign, working with two business coaches within the millennial and gen z demographics. Each creator embarked on a two-month journey to educate their followers around how Zoho has helped them streamline their business processes and accelerate their business growth. The campaign rolled out over three distinct phases with three distinct objectives - driving awareness of the product, educating followers around its functionality, and generating sign-ups for free Zoho trials within the South African market.
